Adlib-english.com (Website), is a website of an online language school Ad_Lib English (School) offering real-time English language tuition using VOI technology (Voice Over Internet) and a ‘desktop-sharing' software. The owner and provider of this service is Ad_Lib Language Service Ltd. (the Company).
This agreement represents the entire contract between any person visiting the Website (Visitor) and/or any person registered with the Website (User) and/or any person who is a Student of the School, and Ad_Lib Language Service Ltd.
By visiting, subscribing to, or becoming a Student of Ad_Lib English, you agree, without qualification, to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below.

Ad_Lib English offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to use the content of this Website, provided that you comply with this Agreement as set out in full. Both the materials of this Website as well as the materials made available to you during lessons are provided to you only for your private use. Certain services of this Website are available only to registered members of Ad_Lib English. By choosing to become a Student, i.e. by booking one or more lessons with Ad_Lib English, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below in the Ad_Lib English ‘Fees and Payments' policy.
This agreement will remain in effect for the entire time that you use the site and/or the services provided by Ad_Lib English. Ad_Lib English reserves the right to terminate this Agreement - either with or without notice - in the event of the Visitor / User / Student intentionally breaking the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- As a User, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Ad_Lib English account, username and password. You agree to notify Ad_Lib English of any unauthorized use of your Ad_Lib English account.
- As a User, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information, such as name, surname, phone number and email address. Ad_Lib English is not responsible for any difficulties in using our services arising from the inability of contacting the User / Student caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User / Student.
- As a Visitor, User or Student you are aware of the fact you are using the Website at your own risk. Ad_Lib English is not responsible for any loss resulting from your using any of Ad_Lib English's services, software, materials, audio or video files, content, or communications. Ad_Lib English is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, VOI, computer software, Visitor's / User's / Student's computer or Internet connection or any website failure. Moreover, Ad_Lib English disclaims responsibility for any delay, error, omission, transmission failure, theft, alteration, destruction of or unauthorized access to user, member or subscriber communications.
- As a User / Student, you are solely responsible for any content that you publish, display, or submit (hereafter post) to Ad_Lib English. By posting content or materials to any public area of Ad_Lib English, you agree to waive your intellectual property rights with regards to this content, transferring all intellectual property rights to Ad_Lib English.
4. Intellectual Property Policy
All materials on the Website, including content, text, images, graphics, software, audio and video files remain at all time the sole property of Ad_Lib English or its suppliers. Such materials are protected under international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, alter or distribute the whole or any part of the Website. You may not publish on the Website anything which is not created by you and which could be in breach of intellectual property laws.
5. Terms of use of forums, chats, and email
Ad_Lib English aims to promote interaction between Users / Students, allowing the Users / Students to seek ‘study-buddies' and posting comments on community forums etc.
As a User / Student, you are solely responsible for the content and information you choose to publish on the Website, or which you share during lessons. In addition, as a User / Student you agree not to:
- Publish anything which is not your own intellectual property.
- Publish on the Website or express during lessons any views that are offensive, vulgar, obscene, defamatory or aggressive.
- Publish on the Website or express during lessons any views which are considered unacceptable in the United Kingdom as they violate the principle of equality of all people irrespective of gender, age, sexuality, religion, race, nationality or disability.
- Publish on the Website, specifically on community forums, advertisements of products or services without prior written consent of Ad_Lib English.
- Publish on the Website any materials containing viruses or any other code designed to destroy or modify any software, hardware or telecommunications.
- Attempt to impersonate another person
The opinions and messages posted by Users / Students do not reflect and are not representative of the views of Ad_Lib English or its employees, affiliates, suppliers or partners. Ad_Lib English is not responsible for the content of messages posted by Users / Students on the Website, although the Company takes all reasonable measures to prevent objectionable content from appearing on the Website. Ad_Lib English reserves the right to remove any posted message at its own discretion.
All the communication between Users on the Website will only take place in English. Any posts in a language other than English will be removed.

- As a Student, you agree to pay, with your Credit Card, the amount due according to the price-list available on the Website, three working days before the scheduled lesson.
- All tuition fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances at sole discretion of Ad_Lib English.
- A lesson can be re-scheduled providing a minimum 24 hour notice is given. A lesson can be postponed to a date no later than 21 days from the original date for which the lesson was booked.
7. Lateness and non-attendance
- If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson is forfeit.
- If a student is late for a lesson the lesson will end at the time agreed during booking and will in effect be shorter than what student paid for.
- It is the sole responsibility of students to make sure that their computers, headsets and microphones are in good working condition and that there is sufficiently good internet connection for a lesson to take place. Ad_Lib English will not be held responsible and will not refund or re-schedule lessons which did not take place due to a fault or a malfunction of students' equipment.
When we ask information of you, our primary interest is to provide you with more personalized service. We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent or trade your name or personal details to other organizations - unless we are legally required to do so.
We use a secure server to encrypt credit card information before it is sent to us over the Internet. We also insist on password verification at sign-in to protect against unauthorized access to your personal profile. If you leave the computer unattended without logging out of the site, we log you out automatically after some time.
Ad_Lib English uses cookies to facilitate your use of our service. Our cookies do not collect additional information from your computer. Our Website registers your computer's IP address, but we don't connect this data to any information which would allow you to be identified. We need the data only to monitor the user statistics of our Website, which will help us improve our service.

Ad_Lib English takes all reasonable steps to ensure that every credit card transaction you make at Ad_Lib English is safe. Your personal information is encrypted by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software so that it cannot be intercepted and read as it travels over the Internet.
Ad_Lib English encourages Users and Students to interact, make friends online, find ‘study-buddies' and publish comments on community forums. We advise you, however, to remain cautious when dealing with people you don't know. Do not ever disclose personal information online or when communicating with other Students, whether during lessons or in private conversations.
10. Modifications to the terms and conditions of use
Ad_Lib English reserves the right to modify this agreement. Your continued use of the site following notice of the agreement modification will be considered an acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use. Should you decide that you no longer agree with the amended terms and conditions - you are obliged to cease using the services provided by Ad_Lib English.
Furthermore, Ad_Lib English reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website at any time, at its own discretion.
This Agreement has been created and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the United Kingdom. By using this service you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of British courts in all disputes connected with our service.
